We can't promise you Google rankings. Google changes how it ranks sites all the time, and your competitors are working on theirs too. What we do promise: the technical setup is right, the work is written down, and your monthly report shows exactly what's been done. If things haven't improved after six months, we'll talk through why and what to change.

Local SEO moves slowly. Some changes (Google Business Profile fixes) show up in days. On-page SEO usually takes 4 to 8 weeks to settle. Real ranking changes take 3 to 6 months. Be wary of anyone promising faster.
No. Local SEO works on whatever site you already have, as long as it's not catastrophically broken. If it is, we'll tell you in the free audit and we can talk about rebuilding.
For a local business, backlinks usually aren't the priority. Your time and money are better spent on your Google Business Profile, on-page work and reviews. If your site needs a backlink push, we'll tell you. We don't sell backlink packages.
No. We do organic local SEO only. Google Ads is a different specialism and you're better off with someone who does that full-time. We can recommend two people locally if you want.
The setup is done once, so it's charged once. Ongoing monitoring is monthly because the work is ongoing.
No. Google's own guidance says no one can guarantee a top ranking, so be wary of anyone who does. We guarantee the work is done properly and written down.
We won't take you on as an SEO client until we've shown you exactly what's wrong and why, in writing. If after the free audit you think someone else is a better fit, that's fine. We'll wish you luck and recommend them if we know one.
