Social media management for small businesses

Every week we write and post your updates from photos you send us. Facebook, Instagram, your Google profile, or whichever platforms your customers use. You approve the lot from your phone in ten minutes a month. From £99 a month.

what it is

What social media management covers

Before ringing a salon, a garage or a restaurant, many people look it up: Google first, then Facebook or Instagram. And a page whose last post is from March reads like a business that might have shut, even if you're flat out.

Posting sits on the to-do list and slips, because you're busy doing the work.

So that's the job we do for you: regular posts from your own photos, written to sound like you. Job photos, reviews, offers and opening hours, the things customers check. Posted every week to your Google profile and whichever platforms your customers use.

about followers

We won't promise you followers. The monthly report counts what people did: calls, enquiries, direction taps and clicks through to your site. Some months are quiet, and the report says so. What we control is that the posts go out every week and show your business at its best.

what's left out

What you won't get

Things we've left out of both plans on purpose.

no lock-in

No 12-month contract

Both are rolling plans. The terms are agreed in writing before you start. There are no exit fees, and nobody will ring to talk you out of leaving.

no fakery

No AI-generated pictures of your business

Your real photos only. If we haven't got a photo for a post, we ask you for one. We never invent an image of your shop, your food or your work.

no surprises

No posting without your say-so

Every post waits for your approval before it goes out. You can change it, bin it or approve it.

no vanity

No follower counts at the top

The report shows what people did: rang you, asked for directions, clicked your site. If a number doesn't relate to money, it doesn't lead the report.

one page

No dashboard homework

A one-page report each month, with no dashboard to log into.

extras quoted

No surprise invoices

The monthly price stays as agreed. Paid ads, inbox management and setting up brand-new accounts from scratch are separate jobs, quoted only if you ask.

how it works

How social media management works

You send the photos and approve the posts. We do the rest.

You send photos

A shared album on your phone. Job photos, plates, before-and-afters, the van, the team, the dog that visits on Fridays. Whatever you'd show a customer.

We write the month

A full month of posts, drafted around your reviews, your offers and the season. Written to sound like you, because we've read how your customers talk about you.

You approve from your phone

One link, ten minutes. Tap to approve, edit anything that doesn't sound right, bin anything you hate.

It goes out on schedule

Across your chosen platforms and your Google profile, spread over the month. At the end you get the one-page report on what people did.

six questions

Social media questions

These six come up most. Anything else, ask us on a call.

Do I have to be on camera?

No. You never have to appear on camera. If you fancy filming rough clips on your phone, our Social Standard package turns them into reels.

Which platforms do you cover?

Whichever ones your customers use. The usual starting three are Facebook, Instagram and your Google Business Profile. If yours are somewhere else, like TikTok, X, LinkedIn or Nextdoor, tell us and we'll build the month around it.

What do you need from me each month?

Photos in the shared album as you go, and ten minutes on the approval link. That's it. If you forget the photos, we'll nudge you. Politely, then persistently.

Can I still post myself?

Course. They're your pages and they stay your pages. We work around anything you post.

Who answers comments and messages?

You do, because you know your customers and your diary. On Social Standard we draft your Google review responses, and we'll flag anything we spot in the comments that needs you. Full inbox management is a separate job, priced if you want it.

How do I stop?

Email us and we wind it down properly. Your pages, your logins and your photo library are yours and stay yours. Notice terms are in the written agreement you get before you start, and nobody will ring you to "discuss your decision".

our promise

Nothing goes out without your approval. You see every post before it goes out, every month, for as long as you're with us. It's your name over the door.
