That's why this page holds the motion back, and so would the site I'd build you. The photography is the product; everything else stays out of its way.

One garden told before-and-after at full width, dated and placed. The after does the selling; the site's job is to refuse to shrink it.

The form asks for nothing, so anyone fills it in. You drive out, walk the garden, measure up and quote, and the answer was always going to be no because the budget was never there.
What I'd build
A quote form that asks for photos, a postcode and a rough budget band first. The garden lands on your screen before your van leaves the yard, and the visits you do make are for real jobs.

What I'd build
A project log that builds the gallery as you go: photos in from the phone, dated and placed, live on the site the same week. The portfolio grows with the work instead of ageing behind it.

Summer money, winter silence. Maintenance customers get invoiced visit by visit and chased by text, and some quietly lapse over winter because nobody's been billed since October.
What I'd build
Scheduled maintenance-plan billing and reminders: one even monthly amount all year, renewals that nudge themselves, and a visit reminder the night before so the gate's unlocked and the dog's in.
