Every chair runs on the same three problems. None of them is fixed by a prettier logo, and all three are fixed by a site that books.
No made-up salon statistics here. If you run a chair, you've lived all three, and that's the point.

Online booking on your own site, wired into the Fresha, Booksy or whatever you already run. The DM gets a link, the link gets a booking, and your evening stays yours.

Deposit-backed booking. A small card hold when they book, taken off the bill when they turn up. Once there's something at stake, the diary starts telling the truth.
