This is Forest & Hart, an estate agency concept I built to show the standard. Hover it and it walks through itself.
The first screen is a listing, treated the way you'd treat theirs. Vendors picture their own house in it, and that's the sale.
Not a form that promises a call back. A diary with actual appointments in it, bookable on the spot, before they try the next agent.
What you report, and when. The agent who commits to it on the page reads like the one who'll actually make the calls.
Sold boards come down. A page of streets you've sold, with reviews from the people who lived there, stays up.
Forest & Hart is a concept, not a real agency. Yours gets built on your patch, your listings, your results.
A site wins the instruction. These three run all week behind it, and every one is a small build that hands the negotiators their day back.

Gas safety, electrical checks, energy certificates: every landlord's renewal dates live in a spreadsheet someone has to remember to check. One missed row is a compliance problem.
What I'd build
A renewal tracker that nudges the branch and the landlord before each expiry, so the certificate gets booked before it turns urgent and nothing rests on somebody remembering.
