The problem
The DMs pile up while you're mid-colour. You answer them from the sofa after close, and half the askers have already booked somewhere quicker by then.
What it does
Online booking on your own site, connected to Fresha, Booksy or whatever you already run. Reply to a DM with the link and they book themselves in.

A Saturday no-show with no deposit taken. The chair sits empty, the colour's mixed, and the client who'd have loved that slot booked somewhere else on Tuesday.
What it does
Deposit-backed booking. A small card hold when they book, taken off the bill when they turn up, so a no-show isn't free.

A win-back nudge that spots when a regular's overdue and sends a friendly message in your voice, with the booking link one tap away.
