Tell us about
the site.

A plot, a house, a floor of a building or a room that isn't working. Send what you have, with a rough budget, and we'll reply within two working days with a straight answer about whether it's a job for us.

The enquiry

The enquiry form.

We need a name to reply to.
That email doesn't look right.
Just the first part, like NG7 or DE4.The first half is enough; it tells us which council and how far to drive.
Pick the closest one.
A band is fine, even a rough one.For the building work, not our fee. "Not sure" is an honest answer.
A sentence or two is plenty.Where it is, what's there now, who it's for, and when you'd like to be in. If there's a planning history, say so.
Or ring 0115 496 0114, Monday to Friday.

We use what you send us to reply to you and for nothing else. No mailing list, no sharing it on.

The first meeting

What to bring, and what happens.

It's free, it takes about an hour, and it happens at the site if there is one. Nobody is asked to sign anything. You'll leave with a view on whether the idea works and roughly what it would cost.

  • Any drawings you already have. Estate agent plans, a survey, the last planning application, a sketch on the back of an envelope. All useful.
  • The deeds or the title plan, if it's a plot. Boundaries and covenants decide more than people expect.
  • A budget, even a rough one. We won't design something you can't build. Tell us the number you'd be comfortable with and the number you'd stretch to.
  • Photos of rooms or buildings you like. And, just as useful, ones you don't.
  • A date. When would you like to be in, or open? We'll tell you if it's realistic.
  • Everyone who has a say. A partner, a business partner, a parent. Decisions made with one person and unpicked with another cost weeks.
