Leaks, taps, toilets and whole bathrooms
The small jobs have a price on the page. The big ones get a written quote, a start date and the same two people from strip-out to the last bead of silicone.

Leaks traced with a camera before we lift a board
A damp patch on a ceiling can be a metre from the pipe that's causing it. We use a thermal camera and an acoustic listener to find the source before we lift anything, so it's one board up instead of a whole floor. Most leaks are traced inside the first hour, which is included in the £85 call-out.
Burst pipes, weeping joints, leaking radiator valves, shower trays that have let go, overflow pipes that never stop. If water is coming through right now, the emergency page tells you where the stopcock is and what to switch off.

Small jobs with a fixed price
Each of these is a fixed price including the usual part. If it turns out to need something unusual, we tell you the new price before we carry on. Up to three of them on one visit for one call-out.

Bathroom fitting, start to finish
Marcus and Sam do the bathrooms. Plumbing, tiling, the electrics through our Part P electrician, the plastering, the flooring. One quote, one start date, one person to ring. Labour for a full refit starts around £4,200; materials are quoted on the plan at trade price, and you can supply your own if you'd rather.

Day one to three
Strip-out, first-fix plumbing and electrics, any wall repairs and the new floor going down. The noisy, dusty part. We seal the door and hoover every night.
Day four to six
Tiling and the shower tray or bath in. The room starts to look like the drawing. This is when people change their mind about the tap, and that's fine.
Day seven and eight
Second fix: toilet, basin, shower, towel rail, lights, silicone. Water tested, grout sealed, everything wiped down. You get the shower first.

Water pressure and pipework
Low pressure is often a half-closed stopcock, a scaled-up shower head or a tired valve, and we check those before anyone talks about a pump. If the incoming main really is weak we'll measure it and tell you the options, with prices.
We also replace old lead or galvanised pipework, move pipes for kitchen refits, fit water softeners and filters, and run supplies to garden rooms and outbuildings. All of it priced in writing first.
