The town, Nanpantan, Thorpe Acre, Shelthorpe and the university side. About thirty minutes from the phone to the door, often less. Most of last year's 2,140 jobs were here.
The villages, LE12
Quorn, Barrow upon Soar, Mountsorrel, Sileby, Shepshed, Hathern, Wymeswold, East Leake, Woodhouse Eaves, Burton on the Wolds, Sutton Bonington, Long Whatton. Thirty-five to fifty minutes.
Further out
Rothley, Syston and Anstey (LE7), Birstall (LE4), Coalville and Whitwick (LE67), Kegworth and Castle Donington (DE74). Fifty minutes to an hour. Ashby is the edge; ring and we'll say.
