The policy, in full.
When you book, we hold £20 on your card (£40 for colour over £150). Nothing is charged at that point. On the day, the hold comes off your bill.
You can change or cancel online or by phone up to 24 hours before the appointment, and the hold is released the same day. Your bank may show it for a few days longer; that’s on their side.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or don’t arrive, we take the hold. It goes some way towards the time your stylist had set aside. If you’re more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service to keep the next person on time, and the price stays the same.
If we have to cancel on you, for illness or anything else, the hold is released straight away and we’ll offer the next free slot at the same level, or a senior stylist at your level’s price.
Ring us if something has gone wrong. We’d rather know than keep £20.
Any amount from £20
Buy one at the desk or over the phone and we’ll post it or email it. Valid for a year, usable on anything, including the beauty rooms.
15% off with a student card
Any hair service, any level, every Tuesday. Book online and show the card at the desk.
15% off, and the morning is quieter
Any hair or beauty service on a Wednesday. The front door is level with the pavement and there’s a chair by the basin that reclines less, if that’s easier on the neck.
