Every service below has a time to allow and a price at each of the four levels. The cut is the same whoever does it. The level is about experience, and the price follows it.

Cut & finish

A consultation at the mirror first, with your hair dry, so we can see how it falls. Then a wash, the cut, and a blow-dry to finish. We cut to the way you dry it at home.

Who it suits. Anyone who has a cut and wants it to still look right at week five. Growing out a fringe or a bob, ask for a restyle instead and we’ll allow the extra time.

A restyle, for a real change of length or shape, is £48 / £58 / £70 / £85 and takes about 75 minutes.

Book cut & finish Who does this

Blow-dry

Wash, a little product, and a finish that lasts a couple of days: straight, smooth or waved on a round brush. Say if it’s for an evening and we’ll set it to hold.

Who it suits. A night out, an interview, a photo. Or a Thursday, when you want someone else to do it.

Treatments

Bond-building for hair that’s been lightened, deep conditioning for dry ends, and a smoothing treatment that takes the frizz out for up to three months. We’ll tell you which one your hair actually needs.

Who it suits. Anyone whose colour has left the ends feeling rough, and anyone who spends twenty minutes a morning fighting the weather.

Deep conditioning is £18 added to any service. Smoothing is from £150 with a senior stylist or director, quoted after a consultation.

Occasion hair

Up-dos, half-ups, set waves. We work from a photo you bring, on hair that was washed the night before. Weddings get a trial a few weeks ahead so the day itself is quick.

Who it suits. Weddings, proms, a big birthday, graduation. Bridal parties of three or more can book the salon before we open on a Saturday.

Children’s cuts

Under 12s, washed and cut, with a parent in the next chair if that helps. We’ll go at the child’s pace. If it’s a first cut, say so and we’ll keep a lock for you.

Who it suits. Any child who’ll sit for twenty minutes. For nervous ones, Tom does a quiet Tuesday morning slot with nobody else in.

Men’s cuts

Scissor or clipper, washed and finished, with the neckline tidied. Tell us how you wear it on a normal day and we’ll cut it so that works without product.

Who it suits. Anyone who wants a cut that doesn’t need redoing after three weeks. Beard trims are £10 added on.

First visit

What happens the first time you come.

Consultation

Ten minutes at the mirror, hair dry

We look at how it grows, where it parts, what you do with it in the morning. Bring a photo if you have one. Say what you didn’t like last time; that’s the most useful thing you can tell us.

What to bring

Yourself, and your card

The £20 hold is taken when you book online, so there’s nothing to do at the desk. If you’re booking colour, you’ll need a patch test 48 hours before: pop in any time we’re open, it takes two minutes.

How long to allow

The time on the service, plus ten minutes

We run to time. If a colour overruns we’ll text you before you set off, not when you arrive.
