Colour that grows out the way we planned.

Every result below shows the finished colour. Hold a photo and it crossfades to the hair as it came in. Filter by the service, tap for a bigger version, and the menu with prices by level is underneath.

Patch test

48 hours before a first colour. No exceptions.

A dab of the colour behind your ear, 48 hours before the appointment. It takes two minutes and you don’t need to book it. If you haven’t had colour with us before, if it’s been more than six months, or if we’re changing the product, you need one. A reaction is rare, and a reaction on the scalp is a hospital visit, so we don’t skip it for anyone.

Booked colour online without a test? Come in for one any day we’re open before the 48 hours runs out, and the appointment stands.

Growing out

How each colour behaves at week six.

The honest version, so you can pick the colour that fits how often you want to come back.

Root tint, full head tint

A line at the root by week five

Solid colour shows regrowth as a straight line, sharper the further the shade is from your own. Most people come every 5 to 6 weeks. A gloss in between keeps the shine up.

Highlights

Softer, but it still shows

Foils from the root grow out as fine lines. A full head lasts 8 to 10 weeks before it looks like it needs doing; a half head between full ones stretches that to 12.

Balayage, lived-in

Designed to grow

Painted from a little below the root, with a shadow at the top so there’s no line. Three to five months between colour, with a toner at 8 weeks to keep it from going warm.

Keep it

Toner every 6 to 8 weeks

Blonde drifts warm with washing and sun. A 45-minute toner resets it without lifting anything.

Keep it

Bond treatment with every lift

Lightening opens the hair. The treatment goes on at the basin and the difference is in the ends three months later.

Keep it

Wash cooler, wash less

Hot water and daily washing fade colour faster than anything we do. A sulphate-free shampoo helps; we’ll say which, you don’t have to buy ours.
