Roaster's choice is whatever we're most pleased with that month, and it changes.

How do you brew it?

We grind on the morning it's packed. Whole bean keeps longest.

How often?

A 250 g tin is about fifteen cups of filter, or a fortnight for one person at two cups a day.

The first delivery comes in the tin. After that we send refill pouches for it, unless you'd rather have tins.

How it works

Skip, pause or change it whenever you like

Skipping a delivery

Every dispatch email tells you when the next one is due. Reply with "skip" before 10:00 the day before its roast and we'll move it on one round.

Pausing

Away for a month? Reply "pause" and tell us when you're back. Nothing is roasted or charged until then.

Changing or stopping

Change the coffee, grind or timing at any point. There's no minimum term; reply "cancel" and that's the end of it.

Set it up with their address at checkout and add a note for the first box. Three deliveries of Roaster's choice, every four weeks, is a good place to start. We'll email you before the last one so you can decide whether to carry on.
