The tin
Made to be kept.
Matte black steel with a brushed-brass lid that seats with a soft click and keeps the air out. When it runs low, a refill bag tips straight in.
The tin
Turn it round: the coffee on the front, the notes on the back, where it came from down the side.

Down the side
We roast on Tuesday and Friday mornings, in small batches, and every order goes out tracked the next working day.
Tasting notes
Red grape, panela, cocoa nib. The notes, the batch and the grind are on the label, so you can tell one tin from another without keeping the paperwork.
The roasters
Kit roasts, Ruth looks after the cafés and Dennis keeps the roaster running. We cup every batch before it goes in a tin.
The range
Two single origins and a house espresso, 250 g to a tin. Whole bean, or ground to order for your brewer.
Roast to door
Order by 10:00 the day before a roast. We roast on Tuesday and Friday and post the next working day.

What people say
Ordered on a Sunday night and it was on the mat by Thursday. The Huila makes a lovely V60, red fruit and a bit of cocoa at the end.
We moved the office over to Low Lane in the spring. The queue for the kitchen has got longer.
I bought the first tin because it looked good on the shelf. I've kept buying the Sidama for what's inside it.
