Estate agents whoknow Charnwood.
Independent, on Swan Yard since 2009, and we answer the phone ourselves. Fifteen homes on the books this week, from a one-bed flat in town to a rectory in the forest.
The latest homes.
Filter the list and it updates as you go. Every home is photographed and floor-planned by us before it goes live.
Selling a home in Charnwood.
We only cover Loughborough and the villages up to the forest, so we have walked every street we value and we know which side of the road sells for more.
Photography and floor plans are done by us, usually within a week of you saying yes. You get one named person from valuation to completion, and they give you their mobile.

The Old Rectory.
Seven photographs, a floor plan on request, viewings from Thursday.
A Georgian rectory, sensitively restored.

A guide for a repayment mortgage, before fees and insurance. Your rate depends on your deposit and your circumstances; the broker will tell you what you can actually borrow.

We rented through Forest & Hart for two years before we bought through them. Same people, same phone number, and Tom still remembered which radiator used to stick.
They told us our asking price was too high, which nobody else did. We listed at their figure and had it agreed in three weeks, at the figure.
